End of a glorious cycle: 12 weeks on Deca 300 and Test 250 (taking 300 of Deca a week and 600 of Test)

My strength shot up, most noticeable on my overhead press where I got up to 185lbs, 3x10.

Here's my stats. Before:

Started: Dec 30, 2011:
190 lbs

neck - 15
biceps- 16
chest - 42
midsection - 39
calf - 14.5
thigh - 2
hip- 38.5

Shot up to 200 lbs, now down to 188 lbs on week 4 of my PCT:

After: March 6, 2012
196 lbs

neck - 15
biceps- 16.5
chest - 43
midsection - 36
calf - 14.5
thigh - 2
hip- 38.5

Got a lot of gains, kept my strength up, been keeping the lifts 80% same so that's really an accomplishment!

Thinking of doing a cutting phase now, then start a cycle again in late July, August.

Thanks! Strong guy here, bench 225 lbs, 10 sets x 6 reps. Aiming to get to 220 lbs someday, hoping at least to 210 before the end of my next cycle.

arms are huge, everything else i feel needs work and not to be critical im just saying, for cycles of steroids, i feel either you arent doing it right, or didnt have a good base to start on a cycle, when taking this stuff i have heard you want to be low bf to get the results you are expecting, i feel like you could have been more cut up and looked alot more dry and clean if prepared a little more

Well, I see it completely different. It is definitely an improvement! You dropped two pounds from your before weight, gained strength, and increase in most dimensions except waist....I would say that is a Great success my man! Keep it up!

Bro, 10 lbs in 12 wks and you are NOW 2 lbs lighter than when you started... That is NOT a successful cycle... (IMO) I would do a straight test cycle and keep a training and diet log to share with us as so we can help you figure out where your cycle is lacking

Yes it would be interesting to know what brand of gear you were using. At almost a gram of hormones for 12 weeks... I am sorry I just can't wrap my mind around those numbers you typed here. I know everyone responds differently to steroids but it does sound as if your stuff was either underdosed or you werent getting enough clean calories.

What was diet like? Training?

I commend you though on your accomplishments I just wish for you they were better.

Who's gear did u use? What did u do for PCT? Looks like u lost weight, u said u started at 190 and now ur down to 188?
Still, u seem to of lost BF % which is good, I want to use deca for my next cycle I figured with deca and test one would gain around 15-20 lbs, ur outcome seems as if u did a cut cycle with short esters judging by the end result.
