So far ive been splitting them in half,and the pumps are pretty intense.i started a week ago with some straglers i forgot about from another source ,and these came just in time.

If there as good as im hoping they are ,youll like adrol. It can be a pretty harsh compound with the heartburn and headaches,but antacid pills seem to work,and yesterday got pretty crucial headache,but controlled breathing always works to get rid of that for me.Good luck brother!
