Been playing with my macro's a bit to add a little bit more size. Seem to be filling out nicely, and the weight is coming on at a good stable rate. Loving it, and crushing the weights.

I will add that my girl, makes some of the men at the gym look like vagina's. She is killing the weights, and she's starting to actually inquire about running a little lady var. Anyone with some tips can you please PM me with some inside info for women.
