Right now on training days I train AM and eat 100g carbs (rice, oatmeal etc) 50 g protein (chicken) after training. Then every 3 hours I eat 50g protein and leafy greens For next 3 meals. then My pre workout meal for pm is 60 g carbs and 50g protein. Post workout meal I do the same as my AM post workout meal.
No training days I go no carbs 6 meals each meal is 50g protein from chicken and I have 3 meals with 10g fat from almonds.
