Took pics while carb-depleted with no pump. Had a giant cheat meal after pics!!!!...
Huge burger with 4 slices of bacon, ham, and swiss cheese
Two slices of turtle cheesecake
Chicken pad thai
And a nice warm slice of raspberry & cream cheese covered coffee cake!
Hope to continue tightening everything up and improve my posing even more for final pics.

Tink22True! Thanks Phil. Strange thing is after I had all that food after the pics my friend who took the pics said I looked flat after the food. I was gonna carb up with some white rice before but didn't want to wait for it to cook :/
phil113kgRice, for me is not a good idea. It wreaks havoc on my condition so you might want to be careful loading up with it. This time I'm eating small amounts of yellow potatoes, 200 grams per meal twice a day. Not much but enough to get the job done.
