I got bloods back 3 days ago and even running orals longer than I should my AST/ALT were perfect. I would detox your body and give blood as you said below. I always run a VERY extensive on cycle protection protocol so that I don't have numbers like that.

Also, I know you said you ordered Letro, but is there a reason you chose it over Aromasin? I know your lipids aren't posted however, letro is going to eat them. It's also difficult to gauge your dosing with letro vs aro. Plus I can make a very compelling argument using aro in PCT vs any other AI. good chance your liver is under stress or could be damaged. There are only low concentrations of this enzyme in skeletal muscles and in the kidney. This enzyme has one is said to be one of the high 'specificity' for liver stress/strain.

AST is found in mass quantities in the kidney and in skeletal muscle, brain and red blood cells. An elevated level of AST is not as generalized for liver damage/stress as is ALT. Elevated AST in the presence of elevated ALT could very well mean liver damage or stress.

Why are your liver values so high? Are you a drinker? This shit is so weird I’d probably bail on it and regroup. The testosterone levels are terrible, you’re at thirteen weeks for fuck sake. Are you a replacement user or cycle? That would have a big impact on how I would handle this.

For some perspective, 30mg of prop every other day puts me at 1,100 total test, furthest away from last injection.
