50x 200mg DNP crystal form not powder. Was gonna order from BD sups but his didn't come in a pill or capsule and i really didn't want to have to sort out a big pile of powder.
Gonna run 1 week @ 200mg than up to 400mg and continue for 1 to 2 more weeks.

JohnnyBlacktrust me I've done my research I'm starting off very small id say, they say start @ minimum dose and do that for 3-4 days sense it takes that long to build up, but I'm gonna wait a few extra days and see how my body responds than up the dose or stay @ 200
breakingfaceStart off small and be prepared to stop if it makes you ill. No pain no gain attitude does not apply here!
a very small percentage of people get hives/rashes. stopping+benadryl seems to work.
I never got a rash while on it but right afterwards I got what looked like a heat rash on my arms and chest. Cleared up in a few days though.
JohnnyBlackyou get those allergies and u should stop
