from personal experience. 250 per day for a week will do you nothing. i know this. i did it once like that and lost absolutely nothing. you need at least 500 to get this moving. from there you only go up 1 cap ONLY!!!!!
and ride that out for a good 5-7 days at 3 per day. you will lose a shit ton of fat
Was going to go for at least 20 days at 250mg. Im going to give at least 7days before i bump it. My 5day comment was to see if it fully kicked in by then before i start to question it. Today is day 4, yellow pee and still no heat.
