Nice..I have a dip and pull up,set at the house also a chainbelt..I love me sum weighted dips..How's the elbows..any poppin or tendon rollin..
thanks bro, they seem to be helping the growth pretty good so far, and the elbows are good, no poppin or rollin.... feel like imma role over trying to carry this weight between my legs llool

Try doing them on flat benches with 45s in lap. Hands on one bench, feet on other....Gives you better tricep isolation whereas the style u are doing is mostly chest unless u lean back and then still almost impossible to isolate imo

yea there a guy at the gym i spot that does them like that, i will do two sets of the dips next week with the bench dips weighted as well, i will post you up to date on how i hurt (:

TxBigBoyI love em. I'll do 2 sets with a plate for 15 reps each then move to the dip machine and go heavy for another 3 sets.
I do weighted dips every now and then. But when i do i do 2 plates for 25reps. 3 sets.. Not my favorite movement so i never try to push big weight.. Keep at it tho bro!
damn.. now that i feel weak i better get into tha gym lol.. naw man i cant do many reps because i bruised my sternum in high school and it pops some times at high reps.. but yea that's some good shit bro
