Diet clinic lab tests

ad

I know these tests don't show my test or e2 levels. Still waiting for those results. I think there may be a problem with my lipids. Maybe all the protein in my diet?

Merry Christmas yal

Try raising your intake of "good" fats. Walnuts, almonds, avocado, fish oil etc. This might help raise your HDL. Otherwise your LDL is at a good level. good luck

You're total cholesterol is great but your hdl is low and most importantly you're hdl to ldl ratio. Have you been on gear recently? Me personally genetically my hdl is low, never seen it above 32ish. Same with my dad and grandpa. But my doctors cool with it because my ratio is great and according to him that's more important and my total is also great.

Assuming you haven't been on gear that will lower Hdl the only things that will raise it is intense cardio and I believe niacin can also help. All the drugs and supps out there don't to much if anything at all for raising hdl, they only lower ldl and triglycerides and total cholesterol. But there's some supps that you an take to lower your LDL along with a diet low in bad fats. CoQ10, policansol, lots of fish oil, red yeast rice.
