CleyonLooking good, you'll be in great form leaned down. I know some people like the pillow chest, but you've got the good slab chest genetics.
I also recently made the big decision to get serious about competing and am cruising on 75 mg test e evry three days.
What's your diet and cardio look like? And what have your cycles looked like that you have used to get to your size? You are a beast
Did most of my work naturally bro, have only run a couple cycles. I've got a pretty high metabolism, so I try not to over do the cardio and diet too soon in. Meal1- a Pepsi and a whey shake, one hour later 3 packets instant oatmeal, 8 whole eggs. Workout with 25 minutes cardio afterwards, directly after cardio I drink a shake with 52 grams whey, 60 grams dextrose, and 10 grams glutamine. One hour later 1 cup of rice and 8 oz chicken breast. After that, evry 2 1/2 hours I have 1 cup of rice and 8 oz chicken breast. Sometimes I'll replace the chicken breast with shredded beef. My last meal off the night is no carbs. I wake up in middle of the night and drink a whey shake also. Doesn't look like much of a diet, but as long as I keep shedding fat and keep muscle and strrength, I won't tweek it. I will eventually cut out all sugars when I stop progressing. I want to compete next year and I will be looking to the vets for more diet advice.
Looking good bro! i see a hellish BB base coming on here.
Thanx brother
Those abs will be there soon enough for sure. Good job big dawg!
Damn, and at 6'2".
Went to check your stats expecting 6'6". What do you think your B.F. is?
Still pretty high bro
AnonShit bro looking good keep it up!
Looking good. Diet and cardio is so tuff for me. Lifting is easy. And fun!
I love lifting and shoveling tasty food down. I got up to 310lbs and realized was going overboard. Just a fat kid trying to be a bodybuilder. So I'm trying to change my philosophy on the whole thing and stay lean, see how that works.
