Diamond Pharma sent me three replacements for the three bottles I received that had stoppers that could be pulled off.
Not only did they replace the three bottles, but as you can see they sent a big 56ML bottle of prop along with it.
Above and Beyond customer service! I will definitely keep these guys in regular rotation.

Just a little insight. Every time I brew a new batch of anything, one of these 56ml beauties is born. I have to prime the pump on a new brew so that each vial is 100% the same 10.2 ml, so I prime it into one of these. I usually just use these big jugs for my personal use, sometimes I surprise a random order with them, and other times I rectify a fuck up with them. The label reads 10ml but I just slap one on them to know what it is.
