+ 10 Deltoid progress..

Been focusing on bringin up rear delts and side delts. Want more seperation and high rep face pulls have been a great tool as well as reverse flys on pecdec.been training rear delts 4 to 5 times a week..
Running 60mg tbol alomg with test... any suggestions or tips on training delts. that have worked well are welcome.. thanks

Looks like they are coming along. Thing with delt separation and development is performing strict reps and being sure to isolate the muscles. Rear delts are typically the hardest because so many other muscles want to take over when performing rear delt exercises.

Solid work X! I get what you're trying to do. When I start cutting on the spring I intend to work on making the separation between my delts and surrounding muscle groups more pronounced as well. Your arms are swole +1 from me. Stick with it!

Thanks man. I know this isnt the greatest shot to show rear delts but in the pic there is 2 lines of separation the front/ middle delt/ and you can see part of the rear delt. Its the section of shoulder above my lateral tricep head.

Standing overhead barbell press works the rear delts way more than most believe.

Because when you’re retracting your scapula at the top of the movement and peeking your head through that imaginary window to complete the motion, the muscles that retract the scapula are taking the brunt of the mechanical tension. That’s assuming full ROM and proper form, of course. The standing OHP just may be the most badass exercise ever invented Smile

That is a great exercise that gets forgotten or butchered. I should start doing those again...i do use the peek thru the window technique when i use this shoulder press machine tho.. the contraction is alot better that way for sure..

The unfortunate thing about the machine—besides locking you in an unnatural plane of motion obviously—is that it removes your core from the exercise, so you end up working less muscles. If you’re gonna do an exercise that’s supposed to use the entire body, you may as well work the entire body and get ALL the benefits instead of just some, right?

Your right, it does take out the core and surrounding muscles, i was just mentioning how i been using that peek thru the window method with this machine and it works better than how inwas dojng it before.
I havnt done the standing barbell press in a while, but using dumbbells is a humbling experinece. 75s while seated is doable but standing is much harder!! I need to bring up my overhead press strength for sure.

Oh yeah. Doing a strict standing single (barely) with a pair of 100’s humbled my ass real quick. Getting them into position is hard enough!

I couldnt wrestle the hundreds on ohp standing.
Incline benxh chest press tho i been hitten sets of 15 tho which is one of my best lifts for reps.

You do realize that whoever this guy is you posted is waay leaner than i ever claimed to . Id say 5% at most. And the leaner you get the bigger u look( provided u have a muscle frame to begin with). This guy at my bf level would be 220 230. I have pics off me lean at 175 180f that alotta people say i looked bigger then i ever have and its only illusion of bodybuilding. Still waiting on those pics...... ill keep waitin

Who said anything about 2 grams?? I added some tbol to a low dose of test that i been cruisin on. 250mgs a week... and dont bash me sayin thats too high to cruise on.. i know what the hell iim doing. Its my choice im grown i damn sure aint a kid. 60mg of tbol comes out to 420mg a week. 420 plus 250 is 670.... no were near 2000....

Folks put to much into weight. Dope only weighs 194 pounds. Your 195. Bphiggs is 165. I'm 241 right now. I like the way I look but realistically I'd be under 200 cut. I give you guys credit it's tough. I've tried it and bailed when I got flat and week. I agree though I think X looks good. It's also healthier on your organs when your lighter. Some of these calories I see on here would have me obese. I'm actually having weight on 2700. Ofcourse I'm much older so my needs are probably different.

Pretty much. I dont come on here claiming to be the biggest or baddest at all. I come here for expansion of my knowledge of this lifestyle and to learn from others experiences. But i do know there are keyboard warriors that on screen are olympia qualifiers but wont post any pics ever and get mad at others who do put themselves out there, perhaps because they see themselves as inadequate. Its like a job application, dont say you can do something to sound like your the part, because soon enough that truth gets revealed.
