That happened to me once. They stuck it in a plastic bag which elaborately stated "We're sorry we broke your shit". I was just glad they didn't open it and inspect it.
Pretty depressing but I think it's the mail services fault. I've recieved roid + gear before it came exactly packed the same only more vials but none where broke.
You should be happy they didnt inspect that. You would of been screwed.
