Daily subq, swollen from Sustanon

ad

Been trying out a new test product, Sust 350. I'm enjoying the results but in the past few days my daily subq administrations are swollen, red and painful. The pictures don't really do it justice, the lumps stick out a fair bit.
I don't think there is any cause for alarm at the moment, just curious if this is common with Sustanon, particularly going the subq route or just in general?

Update?

Dixon_Credible's picture

Thanks for asking brother. The swelling went down and pain went away. The lumps are still there but are reducing in size as the days go by

Aspirin aspirin aspirin. And allot of angry bitching usual helps me out dramatically with lethal high concentration pip.

I would frequently get red swollen spots when doing my trt subq. Maybe 1 in 3 or 4 shots. It's what lead me to just giving IM a try and i never went back. My lumps generally went away in about a week. But they were never as swollen as you said yours is.

UncleYoked's picture

350mg is a high concentration for subq, sus will have a bite regardless that way. I'd swap it for test e/c 250 and go with 13-15iu per day.
You may have a sterile abscess brewing there from the inflammation, try rubbing it out a bit so the fluid can disperse just in case, take some benedryl as well, if it persists for more than 2 weeks then you may need to get it drained. Typically these work themselves out though

Dixon_Credible's picture

Thanks Unc, this is good advice. I'm still swollen but the lumps feel a bit less painful today. I'll keep an eye on it

Try to warm ip your injection spot whit a heat pad for a few minutes while waiting put your syringe in a hot towel or warm a little bit up with a hairdryer then inject and let the heat pad rest for a few minutes

Mikeyt84LINY's picture

That helped me before for sure. The heating pad part.
I made a mistake one time though because the heating pad was helping when i was doing the injection. And i had the pip already probably day 2 or 3. Bro i have a thing it's got like fine sand in it. You can put it in the microwave and it gets piping hot. I heated that fucking thing up hot as fuck. Put it on the welt. It hurt but felt good. And was ribbing it while the heat was on it. About 30 minutes later that shit swelled up 10 times worse. Abs hurt even more it got way redder and made it linger about another week or 2. Funny thing is she i did that and it was getting worse i check google and it said don't put heat on an injection site that's got pip. Lmao. I was like well a Lil late for that.

Dixon_Credible's picture

That's a good tip. Don't put heat on an injection site with pip. I was in the hot tub the other day, wonder if maybe that's what caused all the swelling in the first place. I wasn't having any problems with the sust injections until right about that time. Hmmmm now you've got me wondering

Coffeedrinker78's picture

I've found that the higher dose test mixes have pip problems. I had the same problem with a Test 400 the first cycle I ran. Higher dose per ml is hard to carry in suspension.

Try a 250 Sustanon or E or C and I'll bet it goes away.

And i think the sust he has is 200e 100c and 50prop. If im correct, there is no fix for that pain

Had that before, and you’re 100% correct. Week long lump for me every time. I gave up on it. Gave it to a friend, he tolerates it with zero problems. Lucky Greek bastard.

Hmmm, he told me was jewish!

Yup, tried Rustyhookers heating pad trick and all that. Nothing works for that stuff

lol nope. It’s a shame because it produces great results, I just couldn’t take the constant soreness. And inflammation is harder on the body than a lot of people realize.

5percent4life's picture

Dont subq. If you cant handle a shot this isnt the lifestyle for you

Coffeedrinker78's picture

Absolutely zero wrong woth pinning subject. We don't all have to use harpoons to get the hormones in our body. It works the same regardless.

Its cosmetically clouding the muscle. And no it doesnt absorb the same (speed) or nothing would be intramuscular. It triggers much more of an immune response as well

press1's picture

Why not just use a 25G 1" and inject into the muscle?

5percent4life's picture

Because people have to reinvent the wheel to be different. Or afraid of needles but not the side effects of steroids lmao

5percent4life's picture

Maybe you should listen instead if throw childish insults since i was literally bigger than you after my initial 3 years in the gym starting at 149 lmao. And you have how many decades in?

FlemDaddyKush's picture

Hey I need you to do me a favor, can you fill me up 2 5 gallon buckets with steam, but make sure not to spill any steam. Not every person wants to be jacked, some people just like to have some nice muscle tone and strength. Like for example I’ve been A slim dude most my life when playing sports when I was younger. I was able to throw a ball harder and more accurate when I was skinny than now, and literally the reason is because my muscle is getting in the way of the rotation of my arm. And if you look at my pics that I have I am not even that big now. I don’t really want to get any bigger cuz when you start to get to certain sizes you get sleep apnea and other problems cuz your body was never supposed to get to that size naturally so your heart can’t keep up and people have problems. Not every person wants to be so big they can’t wipe the ass.

Drexyl's picture

My wife can vouch for the apnea, I’ve put on an easy 50lbs since we’ve met.

FlemDaddyKush's picture

Yeah, the pics I have I was probably like 195-200. Little while later I was doing like10-12iu hgh annd other things on a crazy cycle everyday and got up to like 225 and I had bad sleep apnea, distressed breathing just doing normal things. And it wasn’t even a good 225 I was like big and puffy with less definition. I like to stay around no more than 200. People just wanna get huge fast but they fail to realize, bodybuilding is not a sprint, it’s a marathon. People always wanna make it a dick measuring contest.

Drexyl's picture

Do you do anything for the apnea? They gave me a CPAP machine, but I swear that thing is designed by Satan himself. I gave up on it. Mine is moderate, 15-17 episodes an hour.

press1's picture

'Luke - I am Your Father ........ QAAAAAAAAAWWWWW ...... QQAAAWWWWWW

Your Wife must feel like she's sleeping in a Hospital listening to that thing next to her LMAO

Drexyl's picture

It’s fucking terrible, I don’t know how anyone can stand it. To top it off, sometimes I’d still snore with it on. I swear it’s all a ruse. Then a fuck ton of them got recalled

FlemDaddyKush's picture

Luckily my sleep apnea went away when I dropped back down in weight and wasn’t on all that hgh anymore. Even if I still had it I would not use a cpap lol. The fact that it went away might also could have been that I’m still young and my body bounced back from it somehow if that’s possible.

SeeOhShow's picture

When you get bigger, especially around your throat, the extra weight causes it collapse your airway when your muscles relax while falling asleep. This is obstructive sleep apnea as compared to the other kind where your body just stops sending signals to breathe in your sleep.

I only get it when I start getting up past 220-230. Then I sleep with a mouth piece that shifts my lower jaw forward a couple cm. This is enough to keep the airway open even when my fat frog neck collapses on itself.

Give it a go. They’re cheap. Uncomfortable at first but you get used to it. Way less cumbersome than a CPAP.

Drexyl's picture

I’ll thumbs up you when I get more. I considered that mouthpiece, but it looked like a gimmick to me. Sometimes I do get the stop breathing thing as I’m falling asleep, wakes me right up. I think it’s blood vessels getting pinched when I lay on my side without a pillow. Being skinny was much easier lol

SeeOhShow's picture

I can actually feel my throat collapse as I fall asleep if I’m on my back. The mouth piece 100% worked for me according to my wife. Said I stopped snoring completely

Drexyl's picture

Drugstore like Walgreens? I’m gonna try it

SeeOhShow's picture

Maybe? Like everything else, I bought it off Amazon. Gonna run you $30-40. Get any one you like with good reviews. I’ve tried several and they’re all basically the same. They do wear out over time. Search “snoring mouthpiece” or similar

FlemDaddyKush's picture

You might be able to find a better mouthpiece by getting a athletic mouthpiece either from a sports store or offline cuz when I played hockey the cheap ones from stores were hard as a rock and uncomfortable, I would have to boil them in water to get them to fit right/comfortably in my mouth

SeeOhShow's picture

It’s not a standard mouth guard. It’s designed specifically to push your lower jaw forward. So the top and bottom don’t line up when it’s closed. When your low jaw shifts forward it prevents your airway from collapsing when your neck muscles relax in your sleep. Isn’t like what you put on when you play sports

FlemDaddyKush's picture

Oh didn’t even know they had something like that. That’s great

5percent4life's picture

Im on here daily so idk what you mean by unretire. If you want to be ignorant have at it

Drexyl's picture

Best answer so far lol

SeeOhShow's picture

For everyone with their opinions of sub q being viable or being “retarded”, just remember the human race swore without a doubt the world was flat for 100+ years. Just because you have done something or thought something for as long as you remember does not inherently make something correct or wrong.

This whole TRT thing was never as mainstream or massive as it is now. Therefore, we will get substantially more credible research regarding it in the coming years because it behooves the medical complex to do so.

Don’t be close minded to new ideas or modalities simply off the reasoning of “I have always done it this way.” There are many anecdotal examples of sub q working for folks. There are also anecdotal examples of it not working. Just like side effects with certain compounds. Some people get them and some people don’t. Doesn’t mean you can universally apply them to everyone.

Ok I’m done pontificating.

I only believe what I see. Until I go to space or see an ice wall, which I’ll probably never do either, I’m not gonna argue for or against it.

That is one aspect of eroids i really like.

This may not be medical research funded by the pharmaceutical companies directly (although you've gotta wonder if they aren't behind the raw powders anyway) but it is medical research being conducted for quite a long time now. I'm not sure how long eroids has been around but there's an extensive collection of research on hormone therapy going on here.

Side effects is a whole different topic. For example, when I first started taking hormone over 10 years ago I experienced ALL of the side effects at one time or another. 10 years later? No AI, minimal to no side effects... My personal experience is that over time the body adapts to the compounds.

Just my experience.

As for subq injections of anything, my experience tells me it's a bad idea. The exterior layer of skin is way more susceptible to infection due to its exposure to the world at large.
