Cut back on my ml, current cycle 500 sus 250 Decca 11 weeks in week 7. man this has been a great cycle put a lot of time in that squat rack and made great gains on my legs. I think lol but it hard being 6'5" lol thanks for looking 240 about 8 or 9% also .5 aro every other day

Squatting do a bunch for your legs being as tall as we are? I’ve always slacked on them cause of injuries but might be a reason my legs are lacking
