Im running 150 mg stanazolol AQ and 500 mg primo at the moment
For so many obvious reasons that we all know primo became my favorite one
Im really happy on this dose
I gladly want to hear your experiences about this substance

Who in your opinion on youtube gives the best advice to learn the vacuum
KillerB52Check out " Nick's strength and power" on you tube. He talks alot about it and the bodybuilders who like to strike that pose.I would say that's your best bet. Actually, Nick, the guy who runs the you tube channel, he's a bodybuilder himself and he does that vacuum pose quite a bit. You can message him if you really want to find out more about it.
