Im running 150 mg stanazolol AQ and 500 mg primo at the moment
For so many obvious reasons that we all know primo became my favorite one
Im really happy on this dose
I gladly want to hear your experiences about this substance 
How do you feel on primo ?

primo is my favorite aas...I used it last year for 30 weeks at 1000 mg weekly with hgh and a base of testo....I love it, good for muscle gains and good for preserve muscle mass while cutting

Who in your opinion on youtube gives the best advice to learn the vacuum
Check out " Nick's strength and power" on you tube. He talks alot about it and the bodybuilders who like to strike that pose.I would say that's your best bet. Actually, Nick, the guy who runs the you tube channel, he's a bodybuilder himself and he does that vacuum pose quite a bit. You can message him if you really want to find out more about it.
