Current physique two weeks ago at 190 lbs. only training twice. Week due to work. Eating maybe 3,000 calories tops which I probably burn off in my 10 hour shift as a pipelayer working my fucking ass off with no lunch break.

You’re looking sharp, brother but I gotta be honest. Also a bit depleted! I’d bet if you bump your calories up to around 3,800–4,000, you’ll hit a slight surplus of 300–400 kcal based on your TDEE. Two solid full-body training days a week (check out some of Jordan Peters’ methods) would still give you plenty of room to grow.

Food and training are the real foundation … the gear’s just an add-on, IMO. You look damn good already, and the fact you keep the lifestyle going even with a crazy routine says a lot. Keep grinding, brother man!

Looking good especially for only two training days a week. What’s your split look like?

I hit legs: squats, leg press, weighted lunges, leg curl, leg extension and calf raises and calf machine.
Next day I do either chest/ triceps and shoulders or back and biceps.
There are weeks where I’m able to get a third day in the week but it’s not every week. I might do a back/ chest split or legs and shoulders in the same day.
Sometimes at home I’ll do pull-ups, pushups and a full body workout with dumbbells. I just got done working 60 to 70 hour weeks construction hard labor. Now my hours are down to 40 a week so I can lift more often and eat. Fuck I’m already back up to 195

That job sounds taxing. Ideally you want to hit each muscle twice a week. If you can only get in twice a week I’d say whole body both workouts. If you can do 3 pw then push/pull/legs or similar.
