Ive been doing these for the past few weeks because I'm also trying to work on the quads. Im liking them. Can really feel it working the muscles. If you try them dont go heavy. Im sticking to a plate on each side and that really burns.

Fronts are great for quads especially sweep.Sissy squats are great as well as long as you are going down past parallel.My new favorite though is the hammer strength platform hack.No balance needed just below parallel quad blasting.
Definitely going to check them out. Like lut here I was looking in the mirror not to long ago and realized my quads are lacking compared to the rest of my leg.
