Keep at it brother. Don't chase the scale weight, go by the mirror. I played scale games and every time I just looked bloated trying to chase a weight
3ccGainsThanks man I really appreciate it cause that is exactly what happens. I’m going to try a different approach and just aim to look bigger in the mirror and do a side by side in like 2-3 months and see what the difference is instead of chasing the scale. Thank you again.

Another 15 quality pounds will look real good. Make sure you keep the vascularity.
