On 300 test E, 250iu hcg m/w/f, and 10-25mg anavar daily. I'm dropping the anavar and staying on the test and hcg for next 4 weeks then bloods again.

Is 1400ng/dl your normal test level on 300mg a week, if I were running 300mg a week I would be expecting like 1700-1800ng/dl, the only way I would be expecting 1400ng/dl on 300mg a week was if I pulled labs too soon and caught the trough. I know everyone responds differently and these numbers could be normal for you but I would be questioning it if these were my labs results.
jitterbug128I inect daily, which is expected to result in a lower total number like that, thats also almost exactly consistent with my last bloods, although not across multiple batches yet, so hard to say
When I was injecting daily 330mg/wk I was around 2600ng. That was subq as well.
That's why I didn't want to just say the results were low because there could be other factors coming into play causing a lower total test number. Other than the HDL everything looks good, you already dropped the var and are taking nac, tuca and fish oil so it should start to bounce back to normal.
Only real issue is your HDL. Good call on dropping the orals.
jitterbug128Yeah probably gonna replace the tuna with salmon and try to eat more eggs as well lol
Adding fiber will help too > beans, lentils, and whole wheat.
Walnuts are a great source of healthy fats.
Add some avocado too. You can find the little cups at a grocery store
What ancillaries do you use?
jitterbug128Cialis
Preworkout
Fish oil
D3
Multivitamin
Citrus Bergamot
Tudca
Nac
Ubiquinol
without orals probably gonna titrate the NAC and Tudca dosage down over the next week
Oh, one thing does come to mind, add Reta in will help with HDL and keep blood sugar stable.
jitterbug1285mg reta atm, shouldve listed that
Yeah, taking everything I would think of the HDL beside a prescription med. Not that I’m saying you should go that route.
