+ 4 Cruise Bloodwork

ad

Current Protocol (3 Weeks Post-Blast):
125 mg/week Test Prop (EOD)
250 IU HCG EOD
2 IU HGH ED
Reta-4 mg (1 mg EOD)
Background:
Just came off a 10-week Test/Tren/Mast 400/200/200 run. Been on this setup for 3 weeks to cruise and let things settle after the blast. Bloods were taken 24 hours after pin to see where my levels sit while running low-dose test with light HCG and GH. Still new to TRT, so just trying to get a feel for how my body responds on a lower dose. Also HCG was more of an experiment. Just wanted to try it and see if it worked, and Id say they Def feel fuller and hang a bit lower. Was starting to notice a bit of shrinkage before. This Def solved that for the time being. HCG was from Gdroids. Rest was from Kits.

Nice! Thanks for posting

I’d say you have the TRT dose dialed in pretty well. IGF-1 looks good for 2ius ED.

Were you fasting for this test? If so, your glucose levels are not great. You don’t want to be that close to 100 fasting.

FireGuy's picture

Yeah man I hadn't ate anything yet. How can I lower that?

It’s a bit concerning that the Reta hasn’t normalized it. Unless it was even higher before and you were at pre diabetic levels, and now you’re technically in normal range being below 100. Do you have bloods with glucose from before Reta and trizepatide?

The GH is not helping. What time of the day do you take your 2ius? Were you on a higher dose when you’re were blasting?

FireGuy's picture

Glucose was 89 Nov 2024. Before I started anything. During blast I was at 4iu a day. 2 am/2pm Now I just do 2iu every morning. Sometimes I split am and pm. Bloods before this during blast June 2024 glucose was 87....seems to be a trend....

That’s probably the biggest cause of this problem, you’re taking it in the morning. The only way you can do that and not fuck up your blood sugar is if you took it and waited like 4hrs before eating. And that may not even be enough time. Starting taking your dose before bed, regardless of if it’s 2ius or 6ius.

Petecastiglione's picture

I personally have a fine glucose from inj before bed and I’m on 5iu growth. I think taking it in morning and eating is what can cause an issue, but also I’m not on a real high dose so maybe that’s it. I def feel better switching before bed

Same. I take it all before bed and don’t have any issues. That’s the best way to do it imo. some people still have problems taking it only at night though. A guy posted a few weeks ago and his fasting blood sugar was like 110. He was on like 6ius ed If I remember correctly, taking it all at night. Genetics play a role in this and so does bodyfat. If someone is carrying a lot of bodyfat and likely already has problems with insulin sensitivity and BS control GH is going to make it worse. But you can even be shredded and in great shape and still have issues after a while. That’s when you have start using metformin or the taboo stuff we can’t talk about.

Years ago we didn’t know about this for some reason and the typical protocol was to take smaller doses split throughout the day. Or if on a lower dose like 2-3ius Ed you’d take it first thing in the morning. We believed if you took it first thing in the morning you’d could still potentially get your natural night time release. Which we know now isn’t the case. This was 10+ years ago now. I eventually developed some issues with insulin sensitivity after years of taking GH throughout the day. But luckily it went back to normal when I came off for a while. But in terms of results I can say my IGF-1 levels are exactly the same taking 5ius all at once before bed or 2.5 am 2.5 pm. And all the positives from GH seem to be the same taking it all at once. I haven’t been on this protocol long enough to gauge its effects on muscle growth but I’m hoping that the 1 big dose before bed and having all that GH circulating during sleep when the muscles are rebuilding will lead to more growth than the split dose. In theory it makes sense lol.

Your labs look good man and I can tell you HCG works well sometimes too well. The only thing I would suggest is when you do the testing to a full panel so yo get the FSH and LH. It will tell you how well your balls are working. FSH is the hormone that promotes sperm production and LH is the hormone that promotes production of natural testosterone. When they are low you need Clomid or HCG to keep the boys working and normal sized. Also your estrogen, you need some Anastrozole to take once in a while or Nolvadex.

He didn’t come off so his LH/FSH would still report as zero. Or the “<0.3” or whatever it usually reports out as. No point in testing these if you’re cruising, only if you’re truly cycling on/off.

irongame427's picture

Exactly. LH and FSH will be super low. HCG mimics the LH signal sent from the pituitary to get your balls working, it doesn’t stimulate to pituitary to release LH.

Clomid while on TRT supposedly does actually stimulate the pituitary to release LH and FSH, according to my doctor. I didn’t want to pay $200 every 6 weeks for HCG so she’s got me on low dose of clomid. If it’s actually working my LH and FSH levels shouldn’t be in the tank. I’ll find out this week.

Aggieguy's picture

I know someone on TRT and just had their dose upped to 200mg a week and their doctor is having him take Clomid every day. He said so far so good his balls are normal size and working.

I had squirrel balls on clomid when i started trt 5 years ago. Don’t remember how much I was taking but HCG is my go to these days.

HCG works better for me as well.

Are you taking it in hopes of maintaining/regaining fertility down the road?

irongame427's picture

Ya pretty much. We’re not 100% sure if we’re done having kids, but we’re pretty sure we’re done. So if I can maintain fertility while on TRT for a few more years until we are 100% sure that would be good. If we decide to have more I don’t want to come off to do it. When we had our other kids it was during a couple year period I took off gear after years of blasting and cruising and it miserable. I had absolutely no sex drive. Which sucked. But if we do decide to have more then I’ll pay for the HCG and run that as well. But I’m not spending $200 every 6 weeks for hcg when we have no real plans for more kids.

I’m also interested in seeing if the boys plumb up at all. I’ve never really noticed much if any shrinkage while on, but it’s possible it happened so slowly it was not really noticeable to me. They seem to be hanging lower since I started on the clomid.

KPowers55's picture

I love hcg. 250iu 2x a week returns my grapefruit nuts back to normal and mega loads. If I don't, they shrivel up to dust and spit a dot of jelly during poundtown. I still use it even though we're done having kids (both conceived on cycles ironically). I bought 100,000iu of hcg for $115 shipped. Stupid cheap. But he's currently out of stock. Tested it and been running it for a year now, and it's legit (monkey man). Hcg also bumps up my total test and estro a good bit. Confirmed this with multiple runs with it on and off.

irongame427's picture

HCG works great. I ran it for years. But I’m really trying to do things the legal route these days lol. But $200 for 10000ius of HCG is absurd. I’m not paying that. I may have to start ordering it on here again. I’m really not a fan of clomid.

SeeOhShow's picture

Keep us updated. I’ve done up to 50mg of enclomiphene per day and it did nothing to my LH/FSH while still injecting exogenous hormones. Perhaps it’s bunk….but we also all respond so differently.

Aggieguy's picture

You tried enclomiphene, have you tried Clomid?

In a promo × 1
SeeOhShow's picture

Clomid is both en-clomiphene and zu-clomiphene. EN isomer is the one that does all the benefits and ZU is the estrogenic one that causes all the negative side effects from taking clomid.
