+ 3 Critiques Welcome

ad

Just a few pics from after the holiday feasting! Also posting since some shit happened and I bailed on the summer bulk ebc and cut my cycle halfway. I know i need to cut bf. Just recently starting doing cardio like 2 weeks ago after lifting. I've been putting it off for like the past year(I know, shame on me). So tell me what ya think. Currently at 203-204 and bf? higher than i would like it. I've come along way in the past 3 years(136 lbs n strung out)
Also planning on running a test e, tbol, npp cycle in about a couple weeks to month if i can get a hold of some good caber.

youve come a long way from 136, but i would drop down to a ripped 180 if i were you

Thanks bro means a lot to hear that. I put everything I got into lifting just need to tune my diet. It's depressing to lift as hard as I do 5/6 days a week and not get the results cause my diet (which I thought I was putting a lot of effort into) I'm able to put on the weight just need to clean it up.

cardio 5 times a week atleast 45 min, keep heat rate between 130-140. so its slow cardio

cartman69's picture

If you wanna burn bodyfat instead of tapping into carb stores, it's even better to keep your heart rate under 120 during cardio...it honestly shouldn't be taxing at all...that way you won't go catabolic and keep that hard earned lean mass...

Pepwarehouse's picture

after workout correct? Thats what i've started doing the last couple weeks. Max incline walking keeping hr close to 140. I've onlt been doing 25mins after wo tho. Will def up my time. Getting an epidural in the morning tho so gonna rest over the weekend(2 bulging disc, limits lower back and leg days)

Get away from that treadmill. It don't do shit. Get on an Elliptical or my fav a stair stepper to strip body fat and most deff clean up that diet bro. If u can add in Clen, over counter fat burner, some light T3, igf, Tren, prop, Winny and stay on a sound diet it will come off. I'm NOT advising this but DNP burns fat like heat melts butter

i do before and after, i split it, i do 10-15 min before and the rest afterwards. its my warm up and a cool down. yes well take it slow, increase the min everyday by 5 min. Starting slow and building up is what works for me, how is ur diet? have u tried the caveman diet, google it.

Pepwarehouse's picture

Gonna look into it more later when I get a chance but that caveman diet looks rough. Stage 2 one meal a day at night? Not even a protein shake lol? I open to trying anything tho. I have a lot of bf to lower I would just b afraid of losing lots of muscle too...

XvBeast's picture

lol one meal a day , wtf where did u read that? caveman diet is pretty much u eat all u wana (frequent meals) but u cant eat anything that the cavemen couldnt eat, that means no processed foods, bread, fastfood, pasta, rice. just pure meat and vegetables. and that all i eat mostly steak, chicken, fish, potatoes, broccalli, .... etc vegetables..

Cobramike901's picture

Caveman diet = Ketosis diet just re named is all. Will work for a month after that you'll start burning muscle UNLESS you do a carb up on Saturday.

Pepwarehouse's picture

lol. I looked it up one my phone yesterday and guess i pulled up the wrong page.

The stages is what i was talking about. If you go to the bottom and click stage 1,2,3,ect. I was like wtf also. My wife was like your not doing any diets that starve yourself, your not fat! lmfao. Im gonna do some research on it tho cause i had a little back procedure yesterday and gotta take it easy for a few.

XvBeast's picture

lol starving ur self wont make u lose weight, its a myth. http://www.eroids.com/forum/training-nutrition-diet/weight-loss/my-diet-...
here is what i meant man

killroy's picture

have any days where you throw in some bread, rice, dairy (greek yogurt) or protein shakes? I've been trying to keep a strict adherence to steak/chicken/fish/veggies/nuts but I can never keep it 100.

XvBeast's picture

milk is fine, no bread, brown rice is also okay but not alot.

Cobramike901's picture

Milk is not ok when ur trying to lose weight. All ur drinkin is liquid fat that makes ur skin thicker. I don't even drink milk anymore now that I'm away from it. Honestly don't want it

FinMan's picture

How about skim milk? Go or no-go? I just drink it to ADD cals and some casein protein. Worried about insulin spikes from the sugars though. I'm always trying to gain though not cut up much. Tren... Helps with that on its own. Lol.

XvBeast's picture

try it, people who go to the olympics run it all the time, its a famous olympic diet

mjunkie's picture

u got some decent size, but i think u should diet and cut down as much as possible before u jump back on cycle

also, is your next cycle a cut or bulk?

Pepwarehouse's picture

yea bro i know i need to cut down the bf. I was planning to cut as much as possible before i start and then lean bulk. I dont wanna run a cutter but im not looking to throw on any kind of weight like i have in the past. my diet is far from perfect. I eat healthy just not as clean as i should. Carbs are always whole grain everything, sweet potatoes, brown rice, whole grain pasta. I never count macros. Maybe thats where i should start... Your more than welcome to point me in the diet direction tho Smile Thanks for honesty

mjunkie's picture

well what are your goals for this cycle? strength only? because if your'e bulking u cant really control how much muscle u put on, unless u just gain muscle until you decide its enough and then tweak your diet for the last few weeks and finish off with a cut, although i'd switch to test prop for this

As for counting macros, i only started making gains when i started counting cals, well actually my nutritionist does that but wtvr lol, anyway i definitely recommend that u start counting them, one month is just enough time to get everything in place bro

mjunkie's picture

OR. You can do a carb cycling diet throughout your entire cycle, which will keep u lean while putting on muscle, just don't do too much cardio or you'll turn it into a cutter

Pepwarehouse's picture

my goal is to bulk while putting on minimal fat. Man diet is the hardest part of the equation. My job is manual labor 8-10 hours a day and my diet for all day is whatever i can pack in my 1/2 case cooler. So it just makes it a little harder for me. No fridge or way to heat up food but thats all i got to work with until i get home.

Cobramike901's picture

You can still do a "lean bulk" with say Sust, NPP or Deca and whatever oral you want. It's all in the diet. An all out bulk u can forget not putting on some fat and honestly you'll be defeating the purpose of the "bulk" do a lean bulk instead. You'll just jack up your protein intake higher and keep carbs moderately high. Then two days out of the week throw in high carb day for those two days. It's what I did this past off season. I couldn't do a full bulk cause I just came off a show last year and wouldn't have enough time to really put on the size then have time to cut some fat off so me and my coach decided it was smarter to do a lean bulk and it worked

mjunkie's picture

i'm sure u know this but ill say it anyway-- diet is the absolute most important part of the equation, so if u cant keep to it i'm not really sure how u can reach your goals bro, it's really not that hard though, grilled chicken stays fresh for hours outside of a fridge, cans of tuna, WW bread, and even pasta and rice will be ok in a cooler, yeah it won't be hot the way u like it but if u wanna grow that's what u gotta do man

Pepwarehouse's picture

Appreciate the help bro. I'll make it work. Im too motivated to let diet hold me back. Got some food planning to do!

mjunkie's picture

that's what i'm talkin about brother! good luck!

Darktide's picture

I agree. It will be way more healthy to square away your diet rather that tax your system when you can make good gains without. And congratulations on not being strung out anymore.

mjunkie's picture

this^^^ and you'll be much happier with your results if u start your cycle off at say 10-12% bf
