Any suggestions? My back is seriously lagging and I am working on getting back to being able to do back and legs ( have been unable due to sports injury) although my front has always been a problem for me....Any suggestions..My diet is mediocre and I typically train chest/tris once weekly, shoulders once weekly, back/bi's once weekly and legs(when my body will let me) weekly. Very rarely do abs. Should I adjust training and any suggestions with that?

Also, I have a problem with having slightly puffy nipples, Any suggestions?
I am pretty sure I can answer all my questions by simply getting my diet back on track, I just need to hunker down and re-dedicate. Just figured Ide see if any of y'all had any good feedback. Thanks!

Your tall so 210 on you look thin
You could hold another 30lbs on you at 6'3"
Gain that while dropping few bf pts and you'll be ripped up and big

Diet
Sleep
Training

And eroids will do that for you

What about the puffy nips?
Do you think a little diet switch could help cut that out?
I know you can't see it bad in this picture, but it is noticeable for sure

Have you ever had your natural test levels checked? Aromatization doesnt only occur during AAS use, it occurs all the time. If you have naturally high test levels, you will also have naturally higher estrogen levels. Diet can help though if you have fat deposits there but from what it sounds like, you arent able to have much variety and experimentation with foods due to your gi problems. The other answer is cardio Biggrin

Nah, I have never got my levels checked, although I think that I may. Thanks !

If you are having trouble getting a calorie surplus, take a lean protein like gold standard and add dextrose to it. 20g of dextrose had 80 cals and it helps you body utilize the protein better as well

I do use probiotics (fiber choice) and metamucil but have never used digestive enzymes...I am going to a gastro doctor on thursday to see whats been going on. I am going to look up digestive enzymes tho thanks!

no problem, not sure how much your fiber supplements equal but make sure to get insoluble fiber as well...too much soluble fiber will bloat you

Best type of insoluble?

levelup's picture

you need both but the insoluble will help the most with digestion...its found in whole grains, veggies from cellulose, bran cereal etc

Oh...My diet consists of plenty of veggies, fruits and whole grain....I was thinking more of supplementation, are there any types of insoluble fiber supplements that could compliment my diet, because just eating and supplementing probiotics doesn't seem to get the job done

levelup's picture

you can actually get cellulose powder and its cheap...vitamin shoppe carries it

just work your way back into it slowly. also when i was checking your profile i saw the digestive issue...have you tried probiotics and digestive enzymes? i say this because more food with mean more muscle growth when you train which turns into a faster recovery
