Best of luck ;) +1
Considering you were out of the game for an extended period, you look great brother! Personally, I would cut back on the training time in the gym. Keep us updated with pics. Keep at it bro. +1
+1 man I gotta give you some karma for your humility to welcome neg comments too,
look pretty good bro but if your going for looks don't forget lats and traps not saying they are bad but could improve your whole physique by improving those. if your doing it for ball focuse on what is useful for your sport solid wheels and core are a must past that I'm no help. looking good though
i think working out that long is counter productive...your muscles need time to heal in order to grow....
you've got a really nice base you just need to harden up and keep busting yr ass but cut those workouts down just kill it when you're there.....great dedication coming back after 8 months! good luck
look good brotha, nice little recomp cycle and you will be back to where you were at and then some. i noticed your left delt rolls in a bit, mine does the same shit. just be aware of it so you keep your proportions and it doesnt take over for the muscle you are trying to target, especially during chest exercises. i have to be really careful to keep symmetry with it
Captain DickMcL...yea i always had that problem. thanks for the words of motivation, i ll get it going
When in doing flat bench and dumbbell flys I hang my head off a bit and causes my holders to drop back...it's corrected it some. What kind of injury are you coming off of?
Captain DickMcL...ruptured tendon, broken legs, broken wrist, nerve damage all at once from a car accident
Awesome idea man, i gotta try that
dont even ask lol
Good eye man!
BigBmajWhy such long gym sessions?
Captain DickMcL...because im play ball for a university, and there are goals to met with time
