Not where I want to me just yet but def making some major improvements.
Still staying pretty lean while adding some size during this lean bulk.
Traps grow like crazy and get them work on heavy back days via deads etc but decided to throw them in for shits and gigs tonight after delts too!

No one believes me when I tell them that vascularity used to be fairly hard to come by.
But I'll tell you what I can honestly say that all anabolics and hard training aside (while those are still a huge portion on it) finally being completely devoted to my diet and nutrition regimen has really made the biggest difference and pushed me past a lot of thresholds I was stuck on.
