This should be my Var update but I've been at the beach for a week.. Nothing to update except a whole lotta fun in tha sun!

Monstar.. I've had one really bad day.. and seeing this made me smile.. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. It was at the gulf.. we went down in July.. and I'm going down in two weeks for a week trip with some girls... Which I really need right now.. can we do gym, dinner and a movie??? LOL

Mmmm. I love long hair. My girls is cropped pretty short but she pulls it off well, just not much to tug on ;) She's also not built like you (5'6" buck10 maybe). I'm having trouble deciding how to tell her about the gear. She has 2 boys 1 & 2.5yo and is protective... Not sure if I should hold off or not but I really want her to join the fun, definitely on here.
ummm love some hair pulling with sex... Just explain it to her in a way she will understand that you are completely knowledgeable about what you are putting in your body... That you've done your research and aren't going into this blindly. For women the idea of steroids is generally only what we've seen on TV or heard people saying.... None of those are ever good. So you've got to squash that stereotype she has in her head... Once you do that you'll be so very glad that she's accepting and if you can get her on here she will be able to fine the answers to all of her questions!
I think I'll put together a presentation! Lol. Including information about this site for further questioning. It will be like "Steroids and Me 101" for her. I'll introduce her to you and the girls when/if I'm successful. Thank you for the inspiration!

She took it extremely well! She does only know the exaggerated lies from tv so I've got some teaching to do but she is totally on board with me cycling!

We are truly blessed to have found one another and we do love the life we are living.. it's great to have someone push you to do something that you aren't always sure you can do... This was the first summer that I walked out in a bathing suit and didn't mind one bit.. I've never been over weight or looked bad, but I knew the things that needed to be changed and this summer a good bit of those have been.. now.. I still have a ways to go.. it's something I will work at for the rest of my life.. and he's right there telling me I can do it.. he's always reminding me that I am beautiful just like I am..
