Hey Guys, been lifting for about 3-4 years now and i want to know what can i do to begin my first competition. Should i do more shoulder definition work or bulk up more? It doesn't have to be just shoulders but give me your criticism. Eventually i want to take the "Next Step", should i be natty for this first competition and then try? or just go all out? but idk if you guys think i am ready for that yet or not. A good friend of mine recommended this forum so i hope i receive good feedback.

What would that "next step" be? Stronger steroids? Higher doses? I'm not sure what you mean.
I'm Natural besides using supplements that anyone can get over the counter rn and by next step, i mean using Steroids

RustyhookerYou're in great shape dude. At 5-4 , I'd look at a natural show for sure. You'll definitely get the food skills and stage practice. Makwa is great with foods. A good posing coach will help a ton.
Try natty show. There's different rules. Some polygraph to keep folks honest. But it'll be a great stepping stone.

Some guys at my gym that compete told me I should just go for the show first and worry about figuring out what to work on afterwards. I haven't done one yet but you look like you've put in a lot of work and wouldn't take long get ready for a show.
