I was going to post up some in depth breakdown of how everything went and what I learned on my cycle but nobody cares about that shit - aint nobody got time for that.. People just wanna see the evidence. I put a pic of me about 2 years ago for contrast - I posted that before but it's makes more sense here.

Gained 20lbs + lots of strength. Learned a ton. Directly or indirectly you guys helped and I appreciate it. It's not where I want to be but I am totally happy with my results and psyched when I look in the mirror. I get humbled when I see pics other people are postin up - I know I got a ways to go.
