This arrives yesterday and as I go to crack the lid on the Tren, the ENTIRE top comes off, rubber stopper and all. Almost lost the whole vial down the sink. Luckily I was able to transfer it into another empty vial. I think I may have shed a tear if all that Tren spilled.

Since its been exposed to contaminated air you need to filter it to removed any of the microbes, or particles that have made your tren their new home.

You could transfer the solution to a new sterile vile and use a syringe filter for the transfer. I would highly recommend you make an attemt to clean it up before you go injecting an almost certainly contaminated substance into your body.

You bet. Do some searching around this site and google. You find this is a very simple procedure that will ensure you a clean product. Its worth the extra time and a few bucks. The alternative is explaining to the doc why theres puss oozing from your ass.
