+ 1 clen/t3 in the mix

ad

I did this just to show why I don't advocate clen/t3 on a cycle. buddy of mine knows i know my shit, and is trying to impress me with his new found knowledge of AAS and how he is wanting to design his next cycle. clen/t3 being part of the mix along with tren. since he didn't respond to what i told him, i decided to show him. the clen in the pic is mine. the t3 i took was his, so it's not in the pic. this was 2 weeks ago. needless to say that i got my point across. i was just like you youngsters once. had that immediate gratification thing going, and wanted the most as quick as possible. this attitude is what breads the mindset of "more is better".

this isn't protein and vitamins we're pumping in our systems, fellas. and more is not better. running AAS will elevate BP on its own. there are steps that can be taken to reduce this effect, but it is a reality. clen/t3 provide a stimulant effect that does a phenomenal job at reducing BF as well as the perception of fatigue. when your heart is already stressed some due to the compounds in your stack, these compounds will cause additional stress on your heart. at 14% bf, running enanthate, npp, deca, and masteron, i am able to keep my BP in the 140s for the top number. i throw in 40mcg of clen along with 25mcg of t3 and watch what happens. this stayed at this level until the evening, where it dropped down to the upper 150s. stabilized back at 140 +/- by the following morning.

this is one of those things where you say, don't try this at home. i'm pretty intuned with my body and knew the BP would rise. didn't expect it to get in the stroke zone and stay that way. the moral of the story is this:

when you post a cycle log on eroids, you better expect suggestions and advice from various levels of experience. some in the form of criticism, but constructive nonetheless. this is a great place to learn, but keep in mind that this is a multifaceted thing we are doing here. learning one aspect doesn't necessarily cover you. and when someone breaks it down for you why your stack is not the best for you, it might be worth your while to listen and understand why.

when BP spikes during a cycle, there might be a reason. keeping a log of experiences and doses for new cycles helps you learn how you react because patterns may emerge. other people with more experience may be able to look at that log and help you learn what the cause is and correct it without sacrificing the cycle. there are a number of methods that can be incorporated to regulate BP on a cycle. learning the cause is the first step.

my first time with 20mcg clen was heart pounding scary. wish I would've had a bp monitor. Is 83 - around your usual pulse? checked mine yesterday 146/94 89pulse. I have stage 1 hypertension and have recently started taking meds.

I actually had my blood pressure checked last week at the ER and they said it was perfect. You have to know your body and listen to it. I think taking notes is an awesome idea. I may start doing that when I switch to prop/mast/NPP since these will be new compounds to me. +1!

not actually a spray bottle, but it does have a pump. you can dose it one of two ways:

1) estimate with the pump. the src says that 5 pumps equals approximately 1ml

2) use a 1ml syringe like you would with other liquid suspensions to get more accurate dosing
