Chest and shoulders coming along as I am 2 weeks away from starting a training cycle for a powerlifting meet. Second one back after 8 years off. Shooting for a 650+ squat, 500 bench, 677-700 deadlift @220s. Here’s to staying uninjured throughout my training cycle. Going to run 750 test and finish it out with 4 weeks SD caps and SD+TNE blend from iFit to peak for the meet.
