Anyone go to a gym with a rack that will hold more than five plates? we tried duct taping a sixth on but it kept jumpin off (youll notice my feet are tucked out of the way)
Haha I know, I never used to use this thing, but after two shoulder surgeries, the ability to rotate my hands in and my elbows down is much better than decline barbell. (believe me, I dont try anything near that on flat bbell). I just have to be very shoulder-conscious when adding weight...
I hear you. I've been doing a lot of shoulder work the last year after hurting them chasing 300 the first year. My Straight bar work has been good this year. I use HammerStrength incline instead of incline DB cause the forearm tendons won't let me get the DBs up in place! Wait til you get old! LOL ;-P
Yeah. I started with injuries requiring surgery when I was 16, so I got a headstart on wrecking my connective tissues! Joy.
On a side note, Im fairly certain most of my connective tissue/cartilage issues come from running two cycles of accutane as a teen. My shoulder/back problems started during the use of that drug, and at this point, Id gladly trade some scarring that a beard can hide for the ability to train how I want to. My genetics are a gift from Above, so I have a hard time imagining that these conn tissue problems just materialized during my teens without some outside weakening.
Nice Work Brother
Going beast mode lol... The only thing i noticed the most is your eyes, are too dang red! What the heck you been smoking bro?
Use 100lb plates !!
If only my gym had those, which, surprisingly, the last gym I was at that had those was my high school football cage.
easy fix. i put 45's were your hands are also
For real or are you farking with me?
Just put them on a regular bar, and use the decline bench, you probably won't need to use as many! LOL ;-P
