Did a 10 week cycle with this test enanthate at 500mg/wk. Starting weight was 180, I'm sitting at 197 now. I was never a real heavy lifter, and could do 225 on flat bench for maybe 4 reps. I am now doing 250 for 6. Pretty happy with the results, and look forward to my next cycle which will be TNT (250mg test e, 150mg tren e).
