I am trying carb cycling with mrkwright. The first picture is day one, day two, and day 4. We are on day 5 now. Hoping to get that bloating look to disappear.

Haha thanks; very observant to notice the nails. As a woman on here these are the poses we get to do. You guys get to throw your shirts off and show every details. I am hoping to get better pics later of the results. It was just spare of the moment to make a collage and share.

Carbcycling is my best way for loosing some fat that I'm getting when bulking.

whats your carb cycle?
50 carbs for 3 days then 250 carbs on the fourth day. Then repeat back to 50 carbs.
