+ 10 Can't Wait To Train...NO KARMA PLEASE
ad
This was in October. I started running GU's test e at 300mg, tren e at 400mg, and a low dose of deca at 200mg weekly and had to shut down after about 4 weeks. I was gaining ground.
I had a wreck in July and couldn't work out until October. Then in November I had to have a surgery and haven't trained since. I'll be back soon and GU's gear will be a huge help!! Things go slower at 42...lol

Dude, what're you thinking?
Showing your face is one thing; but that face!?
Anyone could tell that's you cuz the rot and burns and shit make your mug very unique! Haha!
+1
Soon I'll be able to +2, I think.
This kind of thing regarding injury, surgery, and coming back, would definitely rate +2. Eventually this topic becomes crucial to each of us. Unless one simply gives up when one gets to be 40 or 50 or whatever age, and sees how much more difficult it becomes to continue training, and especially, to sustain injury and learn how to work through that and regain and sustain one's level of fitness and strength that one had before the injury. We will all face this, or else the challenge of simply aging, sooner than we'd like.
Thanks Gator Bro!
Appreciate it bro. I worked hard for that unique face...lol
I started training this week. Slow and steady, but I'll get back to where I was. Injuries suck, but it's how we bounce back that counts. We don't have the give up spirit. Sometimes I wonder if that's good or bad. I'll keep you guys updated on my progress.
Good Delts brother!!
Appreciate it
Ease back in muscule memory is great and take your time bro. And remember as always
.................KILL THAT SHIT.........
Definitely Zeb. No point in overdoing it just to be sidelined again. Thanks bro!
Good attitude bro to welcome in the new year for sure.
Happy happy to take gator!!
You will be back in know time. I would be using this time to really fine tune my food reg... So when you are full blast you hit it lean and ready to grow. Best wishes and prayers for speedy recovery and a fantastic 2016!
Thanks bro. Hopefully I'll be slinging the iron around after next month.

Still looking great brother Gator! So sorry for your misfortune my friend! With your sound foundation and strong work ethic you'll be back to your former self in no time! +2 for overcoming life's adversities and rising to the occasion! Much respect always!
Thank you Theo. I appreciate your words of encouragement. You are a true asset to the community and an inspiration to many of us!!
Ace Ventura+2!
Appreciate it Ace! I did take your gaming advice. I've learned that I'm not that good at COD 3, but it kills time...lol
I don't see anything wrong in the pic. You're a beast bro. You will get to where you want to be.
Thanks! I'm just itching to get back to where is was and better.
Nothing wrong there gator ,I'm sure most of the people here have experienced some kind of injury what happens after that is what separates the men from the boys.
You're right Stang. Appreciate the encouragement.
While riding my Moto, I had a disagreement with gravity a while back. I feel your pain my man. GH helped a ton, I'm getting back in to the gym and start a new cycle on Monday. I owe so many guys here for helping me get back to the life I love. Hang in there man.
Thanks Generator! Good luck with cycle and recovery.
Have no worries Gator you'll be back where you are at no time. I don't recall you posting this picture in the past I might have missed it, I gotta say you look great.
Thanks bro. I haven't posted this one before. I was feeling good about my gains. As soon as I get the green light I will definitely take a before and after to show the progress. Thanks for the encouragement.
I'm right there with you man I can't wait to get back to training i fucked up my bicep tendon and it effects every upper body workout no way to wrk around it. Legs are getting smashed hard but I can't stand the look of not having a pump in my upper body in 5 weeks. I feel like I've gotten so much smaller. Recover ain't that fast even at 26 man.
I have back issues from the wreck and then an emergency hernia surgery. The hernia surgery sucked and left me at a "10lb" maximum...smh
Good luck on your recovery
