Hi, everybody! Most of the summer passed, but I am still trying to keep myself in good shape, waiting till my buttocks will grow, but it goes too slow(( So I start thinking about next cycle to get some lean muscle. For now, it's just a thought. I workout 3 times per week plus 1 cardio, keep on the diet, enjoy summer swimming, active games with my family.

Hitman187We all wish our muscles would grow faster. you keep doing what your doing, stay dedicated and consistent with your diet/ training and you will have that booty you want in no time. I think you already look great now, your hardwork has definitely paid off big time so +2, keep it up. Thanks a lot for such words! But, as you know, genetic plays a big part in this game. I know a lot of girls who can't build their body because they have no butt, even they spend 4-5 times in a week in the gym. Hope I will be proud of myself and I will remember my ancestors with a kind word)
