You posted elsewhere about wanting to lean down - have you considered strictly using the StepMill / StairMaster for cardio? It's the best machine out there for cardio, and the ancillary benefits it has on glute / quad / calf development is huge.

My calves are not big but they are defined (Veins) like a mofo. Nice cows ya got there, what is your weight?
No big calfs here dude. All I'm able to acheive is an inch or two plus a defined split. I do standing a seated calf raises and jope rope on cardio day.
i do standing and seated raises twice a week ' but my calves are piss poor
