So after coming back a bit from covid I decided to hire a coach, only because I knew if I had someone to hold me accountable I would make a lot more progress
After hiring him I went from a weight of 210ish to a high of 224 in the morning fasted in about 8 weeks
My macros were 276g protein, 760g carbs, 70g fat
My cycle was 500mg test, 300mg NPP, 200mg EQ (for hunger), and the last 4 weeks was 15mg of dbol a day, mainly for the pump.
My next cycle I’m looking to get to 240lbs, but I don’t wanna go full chonker.

At 200mg? If so then I’m gonna run 200mg instead of 600mg. Let me know. I didn’t wanna dun it that high
I was running it at 400 ... Bumped it up to 600 just to see any difference just started it at 600mg a week but at 400 you'll still get great results... Hunger and fullness of muscles ... Its a big difference to a test e n deca cycle ... Once it kicked in i put on 6lbs in a week ( but im also running test n deca but i know that was eq because the test n deca wouldnt kick in that early) ... You're gonna love eq bro you'll see what it does to your physique around week 3 ....

Good, just watch your blood, it'll thicken that shit. TBH it is not the best for bulking in comparison with deca but I ran EQ becuase deca messed me up once (I was being a dumbass). If you just wanna run EQ with test, run your EQ high as fuck, like 500-800. Anadrol is good but I would be worried about blood pressure and thickness. But it makes you hungry and it gave me great pumps.

Great progress bud - I'd be interested to see what diet he had you follow to get to that kind of weight, I'd love to be somewhere around there.
Clean as shit, 6 meals a day, intra workout shake of 100g carbs, and post workout shakes of 75 carbs and 40g protein. If you want me to give the whole meal plan i will but its mainly chicken, beef, and rice
Yeah I'd just like to see what the timing of the meals are and how big etc - My appetite is generally crap so these mammoth meals I see others eating is just a no go for me lol

1 banana (supposed to be 100 grams of banana but whatever)

1.5 bagel or 3 english muffins or 275 grams of rice

I built to it, so just start with like 180 grams of rice per meal then add 30-40 grams a week
That’s a lot of bagel. I’m guessing you put PB on your second meal’s bagel. Is the first meal dry or do you pile your egg on top? + for the results of your hard work.
Nah I eat everything plain, just quicker to eat that way.
