+ 3 Bulk or cut?

I think bulk but my body dysmorphia is bad so it can be hard for me to tell. For reference: 6'3", 203 lbs, age 45. Current cycle 280mg/wk test c, 70mg/wk primo e, 3 iu/d hgh. Thanks for any comments.

Primo is expensive to run it at that small of a dose.
For 45 looking 18 the choice is yours. At 45 being cut is already bumping the competition to the gutters.
Hey thank you for that, much appreciated brother. Yeah I've actually decided to pull the primo for a bit and see if it's actually still needed, I had put it in mostly for e2 modulation but I'm not sure that I need it. Backed down on the test as well so current dosage 210/wk plus the gh. I think I should be able to continue to make progress here for a little while yet and then will reassess. Definitely not wanting to ever get north of 15% bf but also I think I could use a bit more size in certain places. Thanks again brother

Body dysmorphia is real. I struggle. Doesn't matter how lean and fit I am...I am always a blob of goo when I look at myself.
I don't see many people touching on dysmorphia part which is hard to overcome. I know everyoen is like Bulk bulk bulk but for some of us if we can pinch an inch in our heads its a pinch a handfull and we are disgusting looking even though its not real and just in our heads. So bulking is a real challenge for me sometimes.
Absolutely. I'm right here with you. Fortunately the calipers don't lie so we can get some objective data that way, even if the formulas don't seem to actually correlate to any reasonable number as far as body fat. IE, the parillo formula gives me like a 6% but I'm pretty sure that I'm closer to 12%. This bothers me because I'd like to know hard numbers, but I guess we just have to use the tools that we have at hand, not everyone has access to DEXA

Absolutely brother, eating clean and always stay up on my cardio, don't ever plan to change. I'm the only male in my family to have avoided a heart attack so far and so I know what to do.
Thanks guys yeah that's a good point as far as goals. AEsthetically I would like to be larger. As far as functionality it's tough because I do love rock climbing which gets exponentially harder when you get much over two hundo
If you like Rock climbing maybe focus more on bringing up body parts you want more of chest for example instead of pure weight and mass you know. Idon't thinking bulking and rock climbing mix. Cuz I'm sure any extra weight when holding yourself up for extended periods like that is a problem.lol. And I've never seen an over muscle rock climber honestly most I've seen are built like you are now.
Yeah brother for sure, much heavier definitely won't do well on the walls lol. That's a great idea to focus, probably could add size to chest and back with only a very small caloric surplus. So maybe a slow clean bulk in that case? Like 200 kcal over maintenance or so ;) if I can keep the discipline to do that. It's funny because esthetically I'd like to look like Ryan Terry but on my frame if I was built like him I'd probably weigh 250 and climbing would be impossible. A more realistic goal for my frame looks more like a Jon Skywalker but he's already 215 or so at my height. Sports and aesthetics aren't always compatible, or maybe I should just embrace sports that don't put such a premium on being light... snowboarding season is just starting anyway ;)

I have a weird analogy look at dogs. U have show pit bulls they're bigger thicker. Then u have the game dogs that fight or used for boar batting and they're usually much thinner and skinny. And with huskys the ones who pull asked are skinny and mangley looking while u have big fluffy show dogs with blue eyes. Lol
Haha for sure, my boy is 1/2 pit 1/2 lab, he's swole as fuck and never lifted in his life. And he's 12 yrs old and still going strong. And a sweet disposition to boot

Well first and foremost what are your goals?
Someone may have a diff perspective than what you want to do. Like me id say bulk. But that's what I'm into and like i want to be a big and strong as possible. Some people want more athletic aesthetic.
