Very impressive poundages you're hoisting brother GJ! And for reps at that!
Looking colossal and powerful! Much respect for you undeniably possess the dedication and mindset of a strongman champion! Very motivational and inspirational!
Thank you brother theo
You're a big GJ! Lot of mass. Keep killing it brother!
Lots of food to maintain it lol expensive
lol
5x15 @ 135lb bb curl
what is a heavy bb curl for you?
curlin in the squat rac cause u can curl what others squat, or cant squat lol
Anything over 200 I start cheating to much using my body
Light weight, lol. You're a beast. I'll have to try that one myself, my arms need a jolt of something different.
I switch it up when im not training for a strongman comp, just find a weight you can do those reps at and try it for a month and see how it works for you.
Great, I'll do that, thanks brother
Nice pic. I may have to try your routine out. Do you do the routine by it's self or do you though it in at the end of back training?
By itself ..
bigmurphIm using the same technique how is it working for you. I've been for around 3-4wks lifting heavy and hard one arm day then going medium weight high reps I feel like its working but if you have been doing this longer i would like to hear some feedback.
Thanks
Brother arms are looking really nice what 22-24 inch?
Ha, ha. How's it working for you? That was a funny one murph.
bigmurphMy arms are actually at just over 18 inches and im really trying to get to 20 inches not bulked but 20 inches cut thats my goal.
I have been training at high weight one round then next time I hit my arms going medium weight high reps basically till burn out in the end.
I can get back to you in another month or 2 and post the measuring tape going around them. Im honestly not sure if this will work but I was told that going from high weight low reps to medium weight high reps is a good way to create muscle confusion.
I was just teasing about you asking a monster if his workout was working. I knew what you meant. 18s are still huge, especially if cut and peaked, but good luck getting those 20s
bigmurphYou misunderstood brother i new you meant nothing buy it but he is a damn monster isn't he lol
That was cold in that pic this morning have not measured in a while but they was little over 24 pumped
bigmurphYou're definitely huge brother your stats are amazing and you stay growing alot of hard work behind that physique.
The one I will never forget is the picnic table in the back yard with the neighbors looking at you like you were crazy I loved that post
big is just a term ... Makes everything 10x harder to shop for clothes just normal everyday things. Bare foot I'm 6,4 with shoes 6,5 or so
ZandaGot the same problem. 6'4" tall size 15/16 shoe. Makes clothes shopping a nightmare. No cool clothes come in those sizes you really gotta look
bigmurphI could only imagine trying to find probably size 14 or 15 shoes and xxxl shirts that are made for fatter people or that go really long. I did have a buddy i grew up with and he was basically right in between the big and tall store and regular sizes. He would buy multiples of items so he could still have clothes or shoes he liked that fit.
