That’s actually great numbers. Hematocrit barely out of range, RBC slightly raised. Cholesterol is always a mf, wouldn’t worry too much other than natural remedy. AST/ALT would be my only concern.

Yeah and I told him that could be fixed with blasting some inject glutathione

Always a thumbs up
For bloodwork. It’s what’s expected to be seen at those dosages for that duration, maybe even better than expected, we’re all different. He’ll be fine.

Honestly, being both someone who uses and also works in healthcare and knowing labs and seeing some crazy labs based on different diagnosis I will give my 2 cents. He needs to hop off and have a "health phase" for a bit, eating healthy, low fat and particularly healthy fat options, the liver is an amazing organ and just letting it rest and not being on orals or drinking etc. his values will regulate and self correct with time. He needs to give blood as far as the high RBC and Hematocrit values, we see this a lot with EQ and even just high Test dosages in which he is on both. Supplements can help too of course, but just hopping off, eating healthy and strict with intake of high cholesterol foods and choosing healthy fats, and donating some blood, and he will see all those organ functions start to regulate. I have seen a lot worse numbers so I think if he's smart and healthy he can self correct easily.

I will say, the combo of this (Liver, blood, and cholesterol) are a combo to be wary of as you are basically thickening the blood (blood values), putting self at risk for clots (liver values, the liver deals with the coagulability of our blood), and posing increased chance to create blockages in the form of cholesterol or plaque deposits. Increasing your risk for a lot of potential serious adverse processes.

I literally said in the post above that I have seen way worse and that just getting off cycle and resting would even be beneficial, never said he’s going to stroke out and never said anything to scare anyone. Having elevated lab work poses risks, point blank, his are not bad at all I agree, was just stating that the combo of those labs CAN pose risks and has the POTENTIAL for adverse affects, and I stated that the liver is an amazing organ and regenerates extremely quick. I have seen peoples AST and ALT in the thousands before. Not trying to be anything fake. And I’d actually agree with you on the Tylenol and alcohol being able to have labs even higher than his. And I disagree on the advice portion, donating blood, eating a healthy diet, and getting off of cycle which is all that i recommended alongside the supplements you recommended is the advice given. All of which I still stand behind, I don’t get the attack on me when I stated advice that honestly benefits most at the end of their cycle depending upon which anabolics are being taken.

Had zero ill intent in any of my message and if @Gotem69 is upset with my message or delivery then I will apologize as I do not see or mean it to come across like his friend was in terrible shape.

Some of what you’re saying is good advice but some is outdated rather bad advice (mainly to donate blood).

For his liver enzymes: I would not be concerned at all about this ast/alt. Training will cause elevations here as they are both present in skeletal muscle. I would want to see a GGT to have more data on it, but in the surface this is not concerning at all imo.

For HCT/RBC: I would want to know how hydrated he was for this draw. Assuming it’s an accurate reading, I would want him to increase pin frequency to daily pins. Ensure adequate hydration daily. 20-30 min Zone 2 steady state cardio 4-5 days a week. Maybe add nattokinase on an empty stomach. Even just coming off blast this mildly elevated HCT is likely to drop back down. Donating blood to fix this is not advisable. It may help bring the number down in the short term, but it will often cause a rebound effect. Couple that with the likelihood of crashing ferritin levels you’re going to put yourself in a much worse spot.

For his lipids: they are bad. This is what really needs work here. Lower saturated fats as close to zero as possible. Increase healthy fats, 4-6g omega3 daily with meals, steady state zone 2 cardio again, maybe some cardarine, maybe low dose Reta .5-1mg

I agree, thank you for the recs, I should’ve inquired more about the situation and there’s a lot more to the scenario rather just numbers on a lab report. Thanks for the great advice, in future I will better myself by inquiring more.
