Been using my tens unit since I messed my shoulder up a month ago and haven't been able to bench more than the bar without being in pain. I'm still small but it at least fatigues the chest muscles since I can't hit the bench... Shock therapy for the win..

I would stay away from pressing anyways for the time being. I've had 3 shoulder surgeries due to bench press so all I do is incline and declin now and my chest looks much better!

Nerve and pain relief. But you can work the muscles till they fatigue non the less. You crank it up half way or more and you can get get the muscles jumping and contracting to the point its very uncomfortable.

Is that a dual unit? Ems + Tens? Cause you say , its a tens unit. thats more for nerve stim and pain relief..and Ems actually cantracts your muscles. +1 for the ingenuity

Thought of that too. The joule, volts, and amps aren't high enough to cause any problems to the heart but good lookin out bro. First responder training and a friend who's a taser instructer cleared a few things up. Look at how high the tasers are then look at a defibrillator.... Your Good to go brother!
