This stuff from Steroidify is some of the cheapest BPC, then when you factor in the Bacteriostatic water that comes with each vial, it gets close to on par with US Roids price wise (But they are always out of stock).

You want to split dose morning/ night. BPC signaling is about consistency more so than total dose. I run BPC once a year in January. I also take an entire month off lifting in January. It's my month to heal.
