Just starting to lift and getting in to training and tone up diets ok hitting the gym 4 days a week 3 days rest
+1 because good for you getting into exercising and being honest about your diet being ok. Keep up the great work bud
Thanks mate
Few years back when I was getting back to the gym, I would go every day. Weight train 5-6 days, hi reps, superset everything then 10 15 min of cardio after. Then a day or 2 dedicated to cardio. I taught myself (thanks youtube) all the basics. From stretching to core, bodyweight excerises, diet info etc... . Dont rush it. Stay consistent is goal #1. Those days you dont feel like going? Get the fuck up and out the door. Eat for your goals. Google/eroids are very helpful. If you are honest with people here you will get help. If you have any gear, just wait. You will make wicked progress without it. Trust me. I'll give you a +, just keep banging at the weights.
Thank you very much jay i am doing well and training is going good i have a lot of help in my gym and watch endless you tube vids

Come back in 12 weeks with another pic. Lots of luck, we're here for you.
Thanks simon much appreciated
Good luck on your training. Remember that it takes years of consistent exercise and diet to build a solid base. Don’t be in a hurry by jumping on roids before you’re 25 and have built a solid base. Best of luck.
Yeah man just taking it easy mate and thank you
Props. Hope you’re not on anything. This would be the perfect time to run a novice, linear progression program exactly as written and recomp while building a base of strength and muscle mass. I like to recommend Greyskull LP, but any of the major ones will work extremely well.
Thank you very much brooklyn and really appreciate everyone's help and comments
Cardio ????
30 mins hill incline for cardio mate and sometimes high intensity training
Good for you bro it won't take very long to get in shape if your diet is right and you hit the gym hard. Like said below don't run any gear yet but I'm sure you tagged musclestrong cause you have to tag someone for picture to post
Thanks mate appreciate the nice feedback i will get there just taking the weights nice and steady nothing to heavy just building me form and techique up to scratch and lifting lightly for a little while.
Hashtag1981Try pushups
Thanks mate yeah i am training 3 full body work outs per week and cardio after the weights for 30 mins a time
I hope you’re joking that you’re taking gear... you need to get your diet on check before you even think about using gear...
I hope you aren’t useing anything...
I see you tagged musclestrong, what of their products are you running?
