Most people think they are lower than they are. Either way you still look good so don't sweat it
I thought I was higher the. 13.4% lol I figured 15% that's why I was asking for opinions thanks for the feedback man!
hunteron20sI say 14 is closer ..anything in the lower like 11 and kess you would show veins in lowerabs .sorry for the bad news
Not bad news at all haha! I thought I was closer to 15% that's why I didn't believe it... Thanks for the input brotha
Keep in mind it doesn't take much to be off when measuring with calipers as well. I've done a lot of testing and working on my masters in exercise science. Reason I say this is I had my program director measure someone with calipers and he's really good at it and they were both very close to the same. I have my doubts about both methods. Underwater or bod pod is the best.
I would say it is in the ballpark. For me those bio-impedance monitors are worthless. My bodyfat tested with calipers, is 10% and those monitors always say I am 17%+.
Yea it did the same thing to my buddy, he's about 8% and the monitor read him 14%... Lol but thanks for the input
Actually that sounds about right.. I ordered some calipers for myself after reading a lot about how those really good tests usually share the same result with the calipers..
Ya I have some of the calipers came with a whole manual on how to use it and I'm not good with instructions so it's just been collecting dust in my closet hahah! Thanks for the comment tho brotha
12-15%
bioelectrical impedance vary greatly due to hydration states, not extremely accurate, but neither is someone guessing from a posted picture. Your community college or university might have a bodpod you could use.
Thanks for the info!!
