+ 13 Bloodwork and igf on OTBAAS goldtropin

Susta 350 .2cc every 3.5 days, blood taken 12 hours post shot

This was my off cycle bloodwork check to see how I was converting the hgh and to check test/estro. My test is a little high as I also had a bit of primo in which elevated my free test way over the reference.

For those worried about test and expiration dates, this batch expired in 2018. CLEARLY this has not affected potency one bit.

Hgh is good stuff, I wasn’t running any liver support and eating like shit and drinking a fair amount of beer. Fasting glucose was VERY alarming and explains the numbness I’ve had in my fingers. Alcohol forces the liver to prioritize breaking down the alcohol before focusing on glucose and combined with the high dose of hgh it was overloading my pancreas. I’ve since dropped the hgh and incorporated some lower carbs, fasted training and cardio, and reduced my alcohol intake to clean that up.

I have a glucose monitor and if it is back under 90 within a month I will be bulking up to 265-270, if it is not under control I will switch gears to a low carb cut down to 225.

Get your bloodwork done and check the oil once in a while, let that dictate your future cycles and decisions.

I've been thinking of taking HGH and doing lots of research (late 40's, female). I want to take it for possibly healing 3 yr shoulder and neck injuries. I am totally dedicated to my workout regimen and food intake, but does anyone know if it is not a good idea to drink an occasional glass of wine while taking HGH (i.e. a couple on the weekend)?

Go low carb (100g ) with carbs around training

Metformin or berberine with carb meals

Bitter melon extract , benfotiamine,cinamon extract, ALA,chromium with other meals

Fasted training , walk around neighborhood for 20 mins before sleep

You be ok in less than month

Thanks for testing. +. And I learned something from you about the relationship between HGH and alcohol. When I have a few beers the CTS (which I already have to some extent from work) can get bad a night in conjunction with my HGH usage. My blood sugar was elevated too but at 101 and I was only fasted about 10.5 hours. I’ve been on HGH for 21 months now and have been a little worried about insulin resistance.

Is it fair to say, that all 3 of us have to watch our shbg? I know mine hovers 10 to 20.
