+ 4 Bloodwork 5 weeks into PP EQ/TEST

These are my labs 5 weeks into Para pharma EQ 500, and SUS 500. Running 400 WK EQ, 500 WK test. Front loaded the EQ week 1 and 2 800pw. About to bump up to 500 WK EQ and 750 WK SUS. Been feeling great so far. Got ahead of the curve and donated blood this week, and will continue to every 6 weeks throughout the cycle. Set for an 18 week cycle. Starting 7 weeks of VAR at 25 mg pd 3 weeks then 40 mg pd for weeks as a little early mid cycle boost. Gear is from UG FREAK

Test levels look awesome. But your estrogen is damn near crashed. Are you running an AI? If not then it’s just the EQ lowering your estrogen. Why are you raising the doses? Is it because the results haven’t been good so far? If that’s the case it’s likely not because your doses are too low, it’s that your estrogen is too low. With your test levels at 5500 there’s no reason to increase the dose by another 50%.
I’d be really careful about donating so frequently. Here’s the test results for your RBCs, hemoglobin and hematocrit? It’s pretty easy to crash your ferratin levels even donating quarterly let alone every 6 weeks. Then you’re in for 6 months of feeling like complete shit. I’d donate if your hematocrit got over like 53.
Hey thanks bro. NO! no AI. It's all the the EQ. It's hard for me to run an AI on any cycle tbh. I don't aromatase heavily at all. My E2 will crash quick fast and in a hurry. I really appreciate the heads up. I considered my ferratin but I did not know that it was that easy to crash it. My hematocrit was 61 1 week into this cycle already from years of steady test and 6 months w/out donation and I was feeling symptoms of thick blood. Just assumed the EQ was going to intensify that. Here's the deal unfortunately for the next 6 months this is the most complete blood panel I can get. It's a mail in service. For the next 6 months I am not able to go into a lab to give a sample. And that's all I can say about that. Unless someone has a plug on another more complete mail in service, which I would be really grateful for a DM on that. Thank you for the heads up. You've given me some real insights and I appreciate it.
61!?! You shouldn’t be going anywhere near EQ. You’re prone to RBC issues and EQ exacerbates that more than any other injectable. I doubt 1 donation even got you under 55-56. If you can donate every 6 weeks you probably need to do that. Hematocrit levels this high are dangerous. I would drop the eq for good.
Are you in the US? If so blood tests are easy to get.
Yes bro, I'm in the US, I just can't find any that offer a more complete panel through at home collection, again, I am not able to go in-lab at this time.
You can’t get to a local labcorp or quest and order tests through marek or private md labs? You probably shouldn’t be using steroids if you can’t get regular bloodwork.
Do you live at high elevation? Higher HCT is normal for people living at higher elevation. But 61 is still way beyond normal.
Yes. High elevation. I only have a 6 month stretch here where I'm unable to get to labs. I agree, not most optimal to be on cycle during that period, but hey...I'm doing the best I can. I can get bloodwork, just not the full panel/spectrum I need and want at this time. I know it doesn't make sense but I'm not at liberty to explain brother. All about anonymity right? My hematocrit usually runs right at 47-51 consistently. Been on test for 4 years straight. I appreciate your insight my man. I totally forgot about the impact of elevation on RBC.
Your crazy walking around at 61% when the EQ hasn't even kicked in yet. Even if you donate, your hematocrit will just bounce back up. If I were you, I would drop the EQ and get on enlalipril + and an iron chelator to bring your rbcs down. There are better androgens to choose from than EQ when your HCT is already at 61.
You may be right.
Let us know if you end up with 63+ hematocrit once the EQ kicks in if it comes down to it.

Thanks my guy. Keeping the dosages fairly conservative, so probably doesn't interest most people, but it's been my experience that more isn't always better. I've seen great results with moderate doses of nearly all compounds. Feeling great, and for me, that's most important.
