+ 4 Bloodwork
ad
This was bloodwork from 200mg/week test C and 400mg/week EQ. Had ran the test at this level for 4 weeks, EQ this level for 8. Ended up dropping the EQ due to its AI effects. (I feel best with E2 around 25-30) Also posted about this experience recently if anyone is interested.

Thanks for posting. These #s look low though for 200mg. I’d be around 1400 normally at that dose.
I would expect a little higher levels but may be ok for 4 weeks on. Did you start from natty or trt?
TRT at 100mg/week, then bumped up to 200mg/week after feeling low estrogen sides. This was after 4 weeks of 200mg. This is pretty consistent with what my testosterone dose has converted to in the past. Usually a 5-6x multiplier (100mg test/week = 500-600 on bloodwork)
Awesome bro thanks for the bloods
+2 for bloods. Looking good
Were you taking an AI?
No, I found out EQ has some AI properties in some users. I happen to be one of those. It lowered my E2
Yup. It crashed mine. Sucked.
I heard that too but never seen it. I personally have to up my AI a little bit depending on my EQ dose. +1 for gets labs done.
AnonHow much protein do you eat a day?
Curious why you’re asking this?
AnonMy BUN is constantly in the mid 20's, even low 30's sometimes. I'm at 350-400 g protein on a caloric surplus when I get bloods done usually. It's interesting to see the difference.
1.5 gal water too..
What’s your egfr ?
Cut your protein in half four days before the test and don’t train for two days.
This will give you a more accurate test.
Make sure your fasted.
AnonMine was 93, in the good range of above or equal to 60.
I definitely was not fasted as I was supposed to be..
My bun/creatine ratio was 30. Range was 6-22
I'm assuming not fasting, coupled with the time of day not being fully hydrated while running ephedrine didn't help this time.
Gotcha. Imo you really don’t need to go over 1.5g/lb of lean body mass. Any more than that is probably being wasted and just stressing the kidneys.
AnonI'll have to try that, sub some out for carbs. My doc said it won't CAUSE damage, but would worsen existing damage if there was any. But my baseline was fine before I started bumping it up.
Correct. As far as I’ve read anyways. Carbs are king!
200-250g. Even more on cheat days
