Bloodtest - hormone results after 6 months natural
After blasting and cruising for over a year (cycle titrated up over 9 months to a maximum of 200mg/wk test, 200mg/wk primo and 300mg/wk masteron) then 3 months of TRT at 125mg/wk, I then stopped everything.
Didn’t do any PCT because I have never needed to, previous bloods have shown that I return to approx pre-cycle levels after 5 weeks off everything, so no need to put additional compounds into my body to kickstart this process if I don’t need to.
These bloods were taken to ensure that I was in a normal range as expected, and as a baseline before resuming AAS use.
The results were mainly as expected, i naturally have low estrogen and high prolactin, and FSH & LG in normal range. Total test was in normal range, but near the bottom. This could be the result of a few factors, using AAS on and off for last 4 years, maybe the lack of PCT which whilst i return to within normal range may be a bit lower than if I kick started it, perhaps just ageing (i’m 39) and increased stress (2 kids under 4 for one thing!).
However, it has been valuable in checking I’m in normal and has further justified that startingTRT is warrented to put me at top of normal range.
Note: these were taken nearly 2 months ago, and I have since increased from a high TRT dose of 150mg to beging to titrate up, at 200mg/wk. Will be increase by 50mg/wk every 2 weeks until
300mg/wk test. Then adding 50mg primo every 2 weeks but will likely not go up as high as the last blast.

What if you go off for longer? Maybe your test will get higher? After a half year blast and cruise (and a couple year of on/off cycles maximum 12 weeks and time off = time on). It took me around 20 weeks to get before pre use levels. +- 17 nmol. I am younger btw 28 now. Or you prefer HRT.
Good question, but I would say it wouldn’t make a difference, 6 months off should be plenty of time to get levels back and more time off likely won’t increase this (pre- AAS use my test was 16 so being at 10 now, 5 years later makes sense).
Time on + PCT = time off is kinda an old skool idea. Most experts now agree that PCT only makes sense if/when you plan to come off for good. If you are going to use AAS again, it doesn’t make sense to subject your body to PCT compounds (which have more deletirious side effect) and the ‘trauma’ of havi g hormones in the gutter, to slowly bring them back up, whilst losing gains, only to start the whole cycle again a couple months later. If you plan (or decide mid-first cycle like i did) to use over the long term, better to think about blast & cruising were the cruise is a true TRT dose (100-150mg/wk for most) so you dont subject your body to a hormonal rollercoaster
